Castings / Forgings etc Estimating System

Comprehensive Estimating Systems for various metal engineering companies (forgings and castings). These are ‘expert’ systems that allow rapid and accurate quoting, doubling throughput by allowing users to search previous quotations and instantly re-quote with today’s costs.

Through the Specification Database, detailed material specifications can be added to a quote which are costed accordingly. In this screenshot we see two ASTM standards have been added to the quote. ASTM LCC/LCB and ASTM G48 corrosion testing. Specifications can be layered one on top of another to represent complicated requirements.

Finally, we see the tab that allows the estimator to automatically create a Word based quotation, and to enter feedback from customers for later analysis.
